Your Privacy

Your personal privacy is important to us, the information that we collect is designed to enhance your experience and is never shared in any form with any other company.  If you choose not to share any information, rest assured you will still be able to browse all of the photography at this site. 

Signing-up for an account will enable you to use two key services:

  1. Quarterly e-newsletter subscription: Our quarterly e-newsletter with details of the latest projects that Phil is working on and upcoming events will be sent to your designated email address.  
  2. Personal Favorites: As you browse photographs you will have the ability to save them to your own personal favorites so you can recall them at any time once you are signed in.  This is a great way to keep track of certain photographs or styles that you like.

To view and edit your personal information:

  • Log onto your account by selecting ‘My Account’ from the menu bar
  • Then select the ‘edit’ tab.  From the edit tab you can change your personal information
  • Once you are done click the submit button to make the changes  

Your email is used only for the quarterly e-newsletter, we won’t send you heaps of other emails.  None of your information is shared with outside sources and the information database resides on a secure server provided by our web company.

The Copyright Act protects photographers by giving the author of a photograph the exclusive right to reproduce the photograph. This includes the right to control the making of copies.

It is ILLEGAL to copy or reproduce these photographs in any way without the author’s permission, and violators of this may be subject to its civil and criminal penalties.

Should you have special requests as it relates to copyright we will do our best to meet the needs of our customers and are willing to try to meet any reasonable request you may present to us.  Ask us and we will see what we can do.
